Terms & Conditions

-A deposit of 20% is required at time of your phone consultation to retain the services of 57th Street Photography for the date and time of your session. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your session. Arranged time and date will be pre-hold for client for 24h or until deposit is received, whichever comes first. If client fail to pay deposit within that time, must contact photographer again to check availability.

-Deposit is not refundable.
-Due to diary booking based business my appointment can only be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days prior agreed date, with the exception of the special circumstances like: child or parent/parent's illness ( this will be accepted as a once off ) or if photographer is unable to take the session due to illness or personal circumstances.

-57th Street Photography will professionally edit each and individual of my session images , will contact me within 2 -3 weeks from the session date to arrange viewing. Viewing must take place within 2 months from the session date. Maximum of 4 weeks from the date of contact to arrange it. Viewing will take place in my home. If client lives over 2h driving distance from photographer it's possible to arrange viewing based on online gallery.

-Client must understand that packages starts at £100 and this is minimum spending required per session.

-Client must decide which package and products if any, he wants to choose on viewing appointment, payment must be received within next 7 days

-I understand my order will be ready within 2-4 weeks (depending on quantity of order and products) from viewing appointment and it will need to be collected or can be sent via post therefore £5-£25 P&P charge will be added to an order.

-Although it is always welcome to share any of my images.

-I understand I will be able to print unlimited number of prints in any size /format for personal use only with any third party printer however You do this at your own risk. The images provided are fully edited and prepared for printing however due to wide variety of printers results will vary. In addition please note certain print sizes may result in undesired or unflattering cropping of the image due to certain sizes having different ratio. I can accept no responsibility for any poor results obtained from third party printers due to color, undesired cropping, print quality or any other factor as I have no control over this process.

-Only fully edited images ( in JPG format) will be presented to client as a final product. I understand all images provided by 57th Street Photography are protected by copyright , it is illegal to modify images in any way , shape or form.

-Your purchase of the original ﬁles releases 57th Street Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases 57th Street Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital ﬁle, image, or photograph.

-Raw files are deleted after gallery presentation on viewing; non purchased images after 3 months. All other images will be stored for 3 years however 57th Street Photography do not take any liability for images which as been handed to client. 57th Street Photography always advice to do at least TWO copies of the session images on different hard drives.

-57th Street Photography has the unrestricted right and permission to copyright.

-57th Street Photography uses images in portfolio, on website, facebook, instagram, in competitions if you DO NOT WANT the images to be used please contact 57th Street Photography BEFORE booking.
